A new roof comes with more than one warranty. They come from different people and cover different things.
The material warranty
From the roofing manufacturer. It covers the product, for the term the manufacturer states.
The system warranty
From the manufacturer, for a full roof assembly installed by a contractor the manufacturer approves. Only where the bid says it applies.
The workmanship warranty
From us. The bid states the years, what it covers, what it does not and who to call.

Do you carry insurance and bonds?
The certificates go with the bid, and a bond is included when the invitation asks for one. The record is in the footer of every page.
What warranty comes with a roof?
Two papers, kept apart. The roofing manufacturer warrants the material. We warrant our workmanship. Each bid states the years, what is covered, what is not and who to call.
Do you bid public work?
Yes. Send the invitation to bid and we answer every item in it. If it asks for a bid bond, a certificate of insurance or a signed form, they go in the package.
