What happens next

From your report to a dry roof

We answer the leak line from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours it takes a message.

    Step 1: We call you back

    The first call tells you what to do right now: where to put buckets, what to move and whom to call at the building.

  2. 02

    Step 2: A roofer looks

    We go up, photograph the roof and trace where the water gets in.

  3. 03

    Step 3: A temporary fix, if it is needed

    If rain is coming and the roof cannot be fixed that day, we cover the opening and say what that costs.

  4. 04

    Step 4: A written repair

    The repair is priced and described before work starts, with the photos.

A visit outside office hours costs more

We say so before we come. We do not run a round-the-clock line, so a message left at night is answered first thing the next working morning.
